Next, we collect your handwritten signature and message and input it on all your cards. We can take your handwriting sample and you never have to sign another card or write another message again. We can send your cards in your hand writing from then on. Time is money and we can free up your time to put toward other things you do the best, your business. We print, stuff and stamp (with a 1st class stamp) all cards and will mail them locally for you.
1) Just let us know what you'd like to accomplish with your greeting card. We'll provide you with a small selection of cards that well be based on your requirements and purposes. Along with the cards, we'll create the greeting to your specifications and needs.
2) We'll customize each card for you with your logo and contact information. Additionally we can include inserts of business cards, gift cards or any other inserts you choose.
3) We'll need your contact list. We can work with you to receive your list via an easy to use format and method. Our goal is to make our service as easy as possible for you, requiring the least amount of your time and therefore, we will work within your capabilities.
4) Next we'll send you an electronic proof of your card for your review and approval. Upon your approval we'll print your cards.
If you require compliance approval before you can send your card, we'll complete and submit all necessary forms on your behalf. Once you receive your approval, you let us know and we'll produce your cards.
5) All of your envelopes are addressed, no labels. The envelopes can be printed in your own handwriting or with a font of your choice.
All envelopes are stamped using postage stamps, never metered or bulk mail permits.
